When shopping for throat lozenges, I went on a slight detour and picked up some products and thought I would share... or maybe just justify to myself, why I felt the need to spend more money.
Lierac Hydra-Chrono cream. This is my second purchase of this product and although I wouldn't say it is anything special, it does the job well for dry/dehydrated skin. It's for dry to very dry skin types, so it's a bit heavy for my normal to dehydrated skin type, so I use this as a night cream. It's very rich and comforting and doesn't sting my skin, despite it being quite sensitive to a lot of products however, you do not want to get this any where near the eye area - cue dramatic watery eyes for an hour!
Lierac Gommage Doucher scrub. I've never tried this scrub, It's only in my possession because it came free with the above face cream. I'm hoping this is going to match Clinique seven day scrub, fingers crosses!
Loreal Elivive Colour Protect conditioning spray. I love love LOVE this spray. I use it as a detangler after washing my hair. It's fantastic because my hair is honestly a lot smoother and softer and it makes my tangle teezer happy, as the job is a lot easier. This is also one of the only spray I like out of the Loreal elvive collection, mainly because the scent of this one seems to last longer on the hair.
Deborah Lipman nail polishes. Again, this is another brand I have never tried but how could I resist when all three were only £14.99 in TKmaxx. Will swatch on a later date. Colours in, It's raining men, Through the fire and modern love.
No7 Stay Perfect nail polish in So Simple. Although No7 polishes don't fall too highly on my nail polish preferences, this is a lovely colour that matches the Revlon Grey Suede and Rimmel Beige Style, which have been discontinued.
Loreal Elvive Aqua Serum. Now despite having a trolley load of hair serums, tamers and oils already, I wanted to try this product because it looks awfully similar to Kerastase Cristalliste serum. If you are unaware, premium brand Kerastase is a 'sister' brand of the Loreal conglomerate, so a lot of the premium formulas filter down to the drugstore ones.
What do you think, does it look similar and hopeful? I will let you know!
